Northshore Integrative Healthcare (NIH) is a participant in many insurance companies (see the list of some of the more common in-network plans that we see at NIH). If you do not see your insurance company on our list, please call NIH at 847-920-4NIH (4644) between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, and ask us if we accept that plan. You may also contact your member services representative at your insurance company and ask if we are on the provider list. We will assist you by filing your claims for you with your insurance company. If you are required to pay a facility co-pay, deductible or a percentage of the session fees, we ask that you do so when you are at NIH for your appointment. We accept cash or checks, Mastercard, Visa, and Discover.

Auto or Workers’ Compensation Insurance
We will bill your auto insurance or workers’ compensation insurance if you have an open claim and a referral from a physician. Prior to working with you, we will send you a “Letter of Protection” to be signed by both you and your attorney.
